What types of organisations does Proactis partner with?

Proactis works with four types of partners: Referral+ Partners who sell and implement Proactis solutions as part of their own portfolio; Value-added Resellers who promote Proactis as part of a broader business solution; Referral Partners who are specialist consultancies helping clients optimise procurement processes; and Technology & Service Partners whose solutions integrate with and extend the Proactis platform.

Each partnership type is structured to suit different business models and levels of involvement.

What does Proactis look for in a partner?

We look for organisations with complementary expertise, an established customer base in procurement, finance or related technology, and a genuine interest in delivering better outcomes for shared customers.

The right fit varies by partner type - whether that is implementation capability, sector specialisation, consulting expertise or technology integration. If you are unsure which category fits your business, our partnerships team can help you find the right entry point.

What support do Proactis partners receive?

Partners benefit from access to product training, sales and marketing resources, and dedicated support from the Proactis partnerships team.

The level of enablement varies by partnership type, with Referral+ Partners and Resellers receiving more structured onboarding and go-to-market support. All partners are part of the Proactis Partner Network, which includes the annual Partner Summit and recognition through the Partner of the Year awards.

Can a partner work across multiple sectors or specialise in one?

Both are possible. Some partners work with Proactis across a broad range of sectors and use cases, while others bring deep specialism in a particular industry - such as public sector, property management or financial services - and use that expertise to position Proactis within their existing customer relationships.

Sector-specific positioning is actively encouraged where it creates a stronger proposition for end customers.
